Tofu with Shallots

Cut the tofu into small cubes, boil in boiling water for 5 minutes, add salt and cook together.

Chop the chives and set aside.

After the tofu is cooked, you can taste it. If it tastes weak, add a little more salt and add a little chicken essence while it is hot. .

Add spicy oil.
