Tofu with Shallots

Ingredients: tofu, chives

Tofu cut into small pieces

Add water to a boil in the pot, add the tofu and boil again, remove it
4.
Put it in cold boiling water to cool
5.
Remove and drain
6.
Add minced garlic and chopped green onion to a bowl, boil some hot oil and pour in to stimulate the aroma
7.
Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, balsamic vinegar
8.
Pour in the sauce and mix well when eating.
