Tofu with Soy Sauce

1. Tofu cut into small pieces

2. Put it in a pot of boiling water and blanch it to remove the beany smell

3. Dice pork, chop green onion and ginger

4. 1 spoon of bean paste, 2 spoons of water, mix well

5. Heat oil in a pot, sauté the scallions and ginger

6. Stir-fry the diced pork until the color changes

7. Add light soy sauce and stir fry a few times

8. Pour the sauce and sauté until fragrant

9. Add a small bowl of water

10. Add chicken noodles

11. Add blanched tofu after the soup is boiled

12. Boil until 1/3 of the soup is left, add water and starch to thicken it

14. Sprinkle some chopped green onion, it looks good, and it also enhances the flavor when eating

Tips:

Soybean paste and light soy sauce are salty enough, no need to add salt
