Tofu with Soy Sauce and Minced Pork

Cut the tofu into small pieces, add rice wine and a little salt to the minced pork to make it sticky, prepare the chopped green onion

Add the minced pork in a hot pan with warm oil and stir fry until the color changes

Leave the oil in the pot, pour in the tofu, add the light soy sauce and boiling water and bring to a boil

Tips:
1. White sugar has the effect of improving freshness, and basically cannot taste sweetness. If you don't like it, don't add it.
