Tofu with Tomato Pot

Tofu slices.

Add bottom oil to the pot over medium heat.

Fried tofu is golden on both sides.

Add green onion and ginger in the base oil and sauté until fragrant.

Add tomato sauce.

Pour the tofu into the pot, add the soy sauce, salt and sugar to taste, sprinkle the fungus shreds, and simmer in a half bowl of water. The tofu is flavorful and the juice is almost lean. Sprinkle with minced garlic and serve.
