Tofu with Vernal Equinox and Red Oil Mixed with Spinach

Wash the spinach.

Fly water removes oxalic acid.

Pour garlic, add garlic, salt, sesame, sugar, and MSG.

Mash into garlic, add rice vinegar and soy sauce, and mix well. You can also add sweet noodle sauce and cumin (barbecue flavor.)

Make homemade marked oil for later use.

Cut the tofu into small sections, squeeze the spinach dry, and put it in a cold bowl and mix well.

Pour in sesame oil, coriander, and it's ok.
Tips:
Spinach must be blanched to remove oxalic acid, squeeze out the water before mixing the vegetables.
