Tofu Wontons with Pickled Vegetables

The main characters of the filling are tofu, potherb mustard and minced meat. Chop the snow red and set aside.

Chop the tofu with your hands and mix well with the potherb mustard and minced meat. Add sesame oil and MSG to taste. No need to put salt.

Wonton wrappers bought.

Wrap the fillings and wonton skin into wontons.
5.
Put the wontons in the chicken broth and cook, sprinkle with coriander, pepper noodles and salt to adjust the saltiness.
Tips:
1. Pickled potherb mustard is salty, so it should be soaked in water beforehand to reduce the salt content.
2. Try to pack large stuffing when wrapping wontons.
