Cooked corn kernels are chopped. This is glutinous corn, which has viscosity and is suitable for making rice balls. It can make the rice taste better and more fragrant, taste better and sticky, and taste more fragrant than whole grains.

Because the corn is cooked, two cups of rice can be added to the scale 2 in the triangular kettle with a little less water. The northeast rice does not have draught. Add water and put the pot into the bag.

Close the lid and hear a click of the card to indicate that the lid is closed. Press the "low-sugar rice" and the rice cooker will start steaming. During the steaming process, you can hear the sound of flushing water several times.

At this time, you can prepare the side dishes. I chose lettuce, Chinese cabbage, coriander, stinky greens, and spring onions. The taste is very rich, so I washed all these dishes.

The sausage is spicy and diced. All the small greens and spring onions are chopped and set aside.

Because of the sticky corn, the rice looks a bit sticky. Only in this way can the rice ball be held. If the rice is too loose, it will not form a ball. If there is no glutinous corn, you can add some glutinous rice (the northerners call it Jiangmi).

Take the rice out of the pot, put it in a basin, let it cool a little, and just not hot, add in the grilled sausage, all chopped vegetables, salt, and homemade chili sauce, mix well, and smell it. The chili sauce I made by myself is not very spicy, so children can accept it.

Tips:
1. The rice dumplings need to have a certain viscosity to form a dough. I added cooked sticky corn. If there is no sticky corn, you can replace it with glutinous rice (the northerners call it Jiangmi). Rice and glutinous rice 2:1 are more suitable.
2. Vegetable dumplings have no requirements for vegetables and seasonings, and all kinds of flavors you like can be added to it. It is delicious when it is rich in taste.
