Tom Yum Goong Soup

Trim mushrooms are cut into pieces, lemongrass is cut into sections obliquely, shrimp is washed, head and skin are removed, shrimp thread is removed, and a whole shrimp is left for decoration. Wash the squid and cut into appropriate sized pieces. Cut the millet spicy and obliquely into sections. Set aside with Tom Yum Goong sauce and lemon leaves.

Put the lemon leaves and lemongrass in the pot and boil for 2-3 minutes

Add 2 tablespoons of Tom Yum Goong sauce, stir well and bring to a boil

Add the mushrooms, add chicken stock and coconut milk, boil for one minute

Season with salt, add seafood and turn off the heat for a while, add millet for spicy, squeeze in lemon juice, mix well and serve

Tips:
Don’t cook the seafood for too long, the seasoning can be adjusted according to your preference if the color changes
