Tomato and Egg Gnocchi

Slowly pour the water into the flour, stirring clockwise while pouring.

Stir it into a paste, and the chopsticks will form a sticky shape.

Cut the tenderloin into shreds, peel the tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Heat the wok and release the oil, pour the tenderloin into it and stir-fry to change its color.

Pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry together, then add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Pour in water and boil.

Use a spoon to scrape a little batter along the edge of the bowl and put it into the pot, scoop the batter quickly into the pot one by one.

Cook the batter until it floats.

Pour the beaten egg liquid into the pimple soup, add salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and eat.
