Tomato and Egg Mini Dumplings

Prepare the ingredients for use.

Add water to the flour, a little salt, and knead it into a dough.

Slightly blanch the tomato with boiling water, peel off the skin, cut into small fine pieces, finely chop celery, and fry the egg and chop finely.

Put all the chopped vegetables in a bowl, add olive oil, soy sauce, sugar, and a pinch of salt and stir well.
