Tomato and Egg Noodles

Take two eggs and pour them into a bowl.

Beat the eggs.

Dice the tomato.

Brush the pan with oil.

Pour the egg liquid after the oil is hot.

Stir-fry constantly and serve as a slippery egg for later use.

Add a little oil to the pan again and stir-fry the diced tomatoes. In the meantime, add a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of soy sauce.

Put two bowls of water.

Boil the noodles after boiling.

After the noodles are softened, pour in the fried egg and continue to cook for two to three minutes.
