Tomato and Egg Noodles

Wash the tomatoes and spinach. Add a teaspoon of salt to the eggs and mix well.

Add spinach when the noodles are almost cooked, and remove the noodles when the noodles can be cut with chopsticks.

Put the cooked noodles in ice water and pass it over again to increase the taste of the noodles.

Put the iced noodles in another container, drizzle with a few drops of sesame oil, and stir well.

Put the noodles with sesame oil into the broth, spread the scrambled eggs with tomatoes and spinach on the noodles and you're done
