Tomato and Egg Pimple Soup

Ingredients: flour, chicken sausage, eggs, tomatoes, green onions, coriander.

Wash the tomatoes, peel them, and cut into cubes. Dice chicken sausages, wash and chop coriander and green onions separately.

Beat the eggs, mix the flour with a little salt, scoop up the water with a spoon in your left hand and slowly drip into the batter, pick up the chopsticks in your right hand and keep stirring the batter until the flour becomes a lump. (Do not pour the water in at once, otherwise it will become dough)

Heat up a pan, add a proper amount of oil, and stir-fry the tomatoes.

Stir-fry until the tomatoes are out of the sand and add the chicken sausage.

Add enough water, cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

After the soup is boiled, pour in the noodles, wait a while before gently stirring it from the bottom with a spatula to avoid muddy bottom.

Add egg liquid.

Add salt, chicken powder, sesame oil, turn off the heat and shovel up~
Tips:
When making gnocchi, stir while adding water. Do not pour the water all at once. It is best to use a spoon to scoop up the water and work with both hands at the same time.
