Tomato and Egg Pimple Soup
1.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. If you don’t like the tomato skin, you can make a cross cut on the top of the whole tomato, and then blanch it in boiling water for a few minutes. After removing the cold water, the skin will be easily torn off.
2.
Put the right amount of oil in the pan, put the tomatoes in and stir fry with the right amount of salt and sugar. Cover the pot and simmer for 1-2 minutes. After the tomatoes are out of the soup, add a proper amount of water and bring to a boil.
3.
After the water boils, keep it boiling and prepare to make pimple. I made a three-person serving today, so a small rice bowl is enough. Pour this amount of flour into a slightly larger bowl, and then pour a little bit into it. Shimizu.
4.
Then use chopsticks to flick the water, and gnocchi will form. This kind of gnocchi is moderate in size, soft and hard, and it will be more porcelain by hand. I don't like it very much. If you can't master this fiddle, there is a simpler method that is to inject some clean water, shake the bowl until no water is visible, and then use chopsticks to flick the flour, you will find that gnocchi has formed.
5.
Then put the formed gnocchi into boiling water, and repeat this action. If there are large lumps, just peel them off a little after the pot.
6.
After finishing all the gnocchi, when the gnocchi soup becomes thicker, beat in the egg flower and wait for the egg flower to form and it will be out of the pot.
7.
After leaving the country, sprinkle with coriander or chives. You can also order some sesame oil. Add chili or vinegar to your taste.
Tips:
Try to eat gnocchi after one meal, save it for the next meal, it will become thicker and thicker, affecting the flavor.
