Tomato and Egg Soup

Tomato slices, chopped scallion, white scallion and green separately, and minced garlic

Beaten eggs

Heat oil in a pot, saute garlic and scallions

Then add water to boil

Add tomatoes and cook for about 1 minute

Then pour in the egg liquid

Add salt and pepper
