Tomato and Potato Shreds

Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Shred potato shreds, or rub into shreds. Wipe the wire with a wiper at a fast speed and uniform thickness.

Soak the potato shreds in water to remove the starch.
4.
Chopped green onions.

When the oil in the pan is hot, add the potato shreds and fry until transparent, set aside.

Add a little oil to the pot, add chopped green onion and sauté.
7.
Stir fry with tomatoes.
8.
Add a little water and fry until the tomatoes are puree.
9.
Add potato shreds and stir fry.
10.
Season with salt, pepper, chicken essence, and a little light soy sauce. Soy sauce is fine.
11.
Plate.
Tips:
The tomatoes are only delicious when they are fried into puree. Light soy sauce can be omitted, as personal taste.
