Tomato-based Shrimp

Wash the shrimp, open the back, remove the head (the head is salt and pepper), sliced green onion, ginger and garlic

Shrimp heads are deep-fried and turn red completely, then sprinkle with salt and pepper

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the tomato sauce and fry until the oil is hot, add the onion, ginger, garlic, and fry the aroma, and add the shrimp.

Stir-fry the shrimp until the color changes, add light soy sauce, salt, and season to taste.
