During the New Year in my hometown, every family uses their own beans to make tofu, and then deep-fried the tofu into bean paste, which can be stored for a long time. Every time I eat Dou Pao, I think of my relatives in my hometown. Now I am far away from home. If I want to eat Dou Pao, I have to buy it myself. It is difficult to taste the taste of my hometown. Even so, I still like to eat bean paste. It is usually used to stir-fry meat. Today it is also very delicious when it is stir-fried with tomatoes.
