Tomato Beef Baked Rice (red Beef Baked Rice)

Wash the tomatoes and put them in boiling water, then remove the skins and cut into small pieces. The water from the boiled tomatoes can be used in the next step (to flush out the beef foam).

Wash the beef and slice it into a pot. Add some water (cold water) to cover the beef. Add one or two slices of ginger and cooking wine. After the water is boiled for five minutes, remove the hot water for the beef (you can use the water that has just boiled the tomatoes) Rinse away the scum, drain and set aside.

Tips:
1. Be careful not to burn the baked rice tray when you put it in and out of the oven.
2. If there is no baking tray, the baking tray and some porcelain dishes can be substituted. Your own dishes are not suitable for your own Baidu.
3. Onions, ketchup, and pizza are not essential items. Add them according to personal taste. Onions and onions can also be selected.
