Tomato Beef Noodle

Slice cooked beef, cut tomatoes into cubes, cut green onions into sections and slice ginger (here, instead of ginger powder, fresh ginger is recommended). Please ignore the tofu pork on the picture

Scallion ginger (garlic) and tomatoes in a hot pot, 1 bowl of noodles and 2 bowls of hot water.

When the water is about to boil, add the Longxu noodles, cook for 2 minutes, add cooked beef slices, and cook for another 3 minutes. PS: The noodles may stick together when the water is boiled.

After the noodles are cooked, add the lettuce, stir for 20 seconds, and start the pan!

If you like spicy food, add a few drops of chili oil and start eating~
