Tomato Beef Noodle

First heat the pan with cold oil. After heating up, peel the garlic cloves and slice them until fragrant. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the tomatoes until they become soft and the juice comes out. Add salt and light soy sauce to taste, and continue to fry until it becomes soft.

Take an appropriate amount of water and pour it into the pot, turn on high heat, and boil the soup base.

The beef is cooked ahead of time. After the pot boils, add the beef cubes and rice noodles, cover and continue cooking, the rice noodles will soak and break up and serve in the pot.
