Tomato Beef Sauce
1.
Make a cross knife at the bottom of the tomato, blanch it in a pot of boiling water, peel and remove the pedicles and cut into pieces for later use.
2.
Choose the tender beef tenderloin for the beef. Wash and chop into minced meat. Finely chop onion and garlic.
3.
In a wok, a proper amount of oil, (butter is best), pour in the ground beef, stir-fry and stir-fry, add light soy sauce, and a proper amount of tomato sauce. Stir-fry evenly and set aside for later use.
4.
Wash the wok, melt the butter (use cooking oil if there is no butter), sauté the minced garlic, pour in the chopped onion, fry the color and smell the fragrance
5.
Pour in the tomatoes. In order to make the tomatoes easier to juice, add some salt and sugar.
6.
After the tomatoes are rotten, pour in the fried ground beef. Stir evenly and continue cooking. In order to taste better, you can add an appropriate amount of tomato sauce.
7.
When the sauce gradually thickens, add the cheese powder. After a few stir-fry, you can turn off the heat and get out of the pot. If there is no cheese powder at home, don't let it go. But with the cheese powder, the sauce will become more fragrant and delicious. I fry a large bowl every now and then and put it in the refrigerator. When I'm too lazy to cook, I just cook some noodles and mix and eat. Or simmer a bowl of rice and pour it on top. The taste is super good.
