Tomato Beef Soup

Prepare the required materials

Wash the beef and cut into slices, add salt, pepper, and cornstarch

Pick it up and marinate for 5 minutes

Wash the tomatoes and draw a cross with a knife

Then put the tomatoes in boiling water and boil them

Pick up and remove the skin

Cut tomatoes into small cubes

Heat oil in a wok, add ginger slices and stir fry until fragrant

Pour tomatoes

Stir-fry for a while and add some water

Then add Knorr Soup Bao (beef flavor)

Cook until the soup thickens and add the marinated beef

When the beef is cooked thoroughly, sprinkle with chopped green onion to serve
Tips:
Blanch the tomatoes with boiling water for easy peeling. The beef does not need to be cooked for too long after it is in the pot. If it takes too long, the beef will get old. The soup is added with Knorr Soup, the saltiness is just right, so I didn’t add salt to season it. Add salt to your own taste to adjust the saltiness.
