Tomato Boiled Chicken Wings

Add salt, black pepper, sugar and cooking wine to marinate the chicken wings for a while

Thinly sliced tomatoes

With a little oil, fry the chicken wings on both sides of the pan until golden and set aside. Don’t fry for too long.

Put the tomatoes in the pot, stir-fry them, add water and cook into a sauce

Add chicken wings, cook, add some salt to taste

1. The fire is not too big
2. Tomatoes can be peeled and taste better
3. Don't use tomato sauce
