Tomato Boiled Tofu

Chopped tomato

Cut the tofu into small pieces, heat the pan with oil, add the tofu, fry golden on both sides, set aside.

Add oil in a hot pan, sauté ginger slices, add tomatoes and stir fry

Stir-fry the tomatoes until juicy, add the tofu and stir fry, cook for 5 minutes.

Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, and heat to collect the juice
