Tomato Braised Rice Cake

200g rice cake, 1 tomato, onion, green pepper.

Cut the tomato into small pieces and the onion into cubes.

Slice the green pepper.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion diced and saute until fragrant.

Add the tomatoes and fry them.

Add appropriate amount of water and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
7.
Add the rice cakes and simmer for about 3 minutes.
8.
Until the rice cake softens. Season with salt and sugar.
9.
Add green peppers and stir-fry evenly, add MSG for freshness.
10.
Take out the pan and serve.
