Tomato Crucian Carp Soup

1. Wash the crucian carp with kitchen paper to soak up the water.

2. A few slices of ginger, green onions cut into sections

3. Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes for later use

4. Pour an appropriate amount of rice oil in the hot pan, add the ginger slices to fragrant, and fry the carp until golden brown on both sides
