Tomato Dragon Fish

1. Loongli fish is thawed in advance and then cleaned. Use kitchen paper to absorb excess water.

2. Cut the dragon fish into slices and put it in a bowl for later use

3. Wash the green onion, wash and cut into inch sections, wash the ginger and cut into small pieces

4. Put the pepper powder, cooking wine, green onion and ginger into the longli fish and marinate for 10 minutes

5. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and boil it, then add the longli fish to blanch the water until the fish is completely white

6. Take out the dragon fish and put it in a bowl for later use

7. Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot and heat the oil, then add the longli fish and stir fry

8. Add cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar, tomato sauce, soy sauce to a bowl, add a little water and mix well to form a bowl of juice, pour into the pot and stir fry until the soup thickens

Tips:

There is salt in tomato sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce, so there is no need to add additional salt
