Tomato Egg

The ingredients are shown in the picture;

Wash the tomatoes and chop them; beat the eggs into a small bowl, add a little salt and stir clockwise with chopsticks; smash the garlic and chop the shallots;

Put the oil in the pan, add the eggs when the oil is hot, and fry the eggs until golden;

Add tomatoes and stir fry;
