Tomato Egg Noodle Soup

Ingredients

Chopped ginger and green onions

Tomato diced

Fill the pot with more oil than usual for cooking. Beat in eggs and fry

Add ginger and spring onions

Add tomatoes. Stir fry

After adding water to a boil, add instant noodles
8.
Boil for two minutes to fill the bowl
Tips:
The cooking time of instant noodles should not be too long. Or add a lid and soak it.
