Tomato Egg Soup

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalks, and cut into pieces.

Beat three eggs and set aside.

Heat the pan with oil, add tomatoes to a slightly higher oil temperature, stir fry until the red oil comes out, add hot water and bring to a boil.

After boiling, slowly pour in the beaten eggs. Remember to stir slightly with a spoon while pouring, so that there will be egg flowers.
5.
Add salt, bring to a boil again, add a little monosodium glutamate and chopped green onion before serving.
Tips:
Some people here may say that tomatoes should be peeled. In fact, tomato skins are rich in lycopene and have high nutritional value!
