Tomato Meat and Egg Soup

Wash the ingredients, cut the tomato into large pieces, cut the lean meat into thin slices, add soy sauce, cornstarch and clear oil to marinate for 5 minutes.

Put the oil in the pan and stir-fry the tomatoes.

Beat the eggs.

Add water and salt to a pot and bring to a boil.

Add the marinated meat slices and pour in the beaten eggs.

Put pepper.

Serve with sesame oil drizzled with green onion.
