Tomato Meat Soup

Wash and slice lean meat, add cooking wine, cornstarch, and a little oil to marinate for a while

Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces

Stir-fry tomatoes with a little oil in a pan

Season with a little salt and stir fry for a while

Tips:
Stir-fry the tomatoes in advance and then stew, the soup tastes better. If the lean meat slices are marinated in cornstarch in advance, the meat will be smoother and tenderer.
