Tomato Meat Soup
1.
Cut the pork tenderloin into thin slices, mix well with cooking wine, salt, white pepper, and starch.
2.
Dice the tomatoes and set aside. (Well, I admit that I was lazy and didn't peel it.)
3.
Slice ginger and garlic, a spoon of cooking wine, a spoon of Heinz tomato sauce, and half a spoon of sugar into a sauce for later use.
4.
Warm the pan with cold oil, add the ginger and garlic slices in the oil and stir fry for a nice flavor.
5.
Add the diced tomatoes and stir fry to get the juice.
6.
Pour in the sauce and stir fry until bubbling.
7.
Pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.
8.
The meat slices are scattered under the fire.
9.
Collect the juice until the soup is thick, add salt and chicken essence to the pot according to taste.
Tips:
Ps:
1. The soup for one person uses one tomato, one spoon of Heinz ketchup and half a spoon of sugar. If there are too many people, the materials and seasonings should also be appropriately increased.
2. I am a lazy tomato and I didn't peel it.
3. Adding green onion and ginger is to remove the fishy smell and enhance the fragrance. In addition to the cooking wine and tomato sauce, no other seasonings are added to make the soup red and bright.
4. Collect the juice until the soup is thick.
So, let's go to the studio tomorrow, the rhythm is exhausting.
