I occasionally think of it, the prepared soup can be mixed with noodles or rice, which is very appetizing.

Tomato Meatball Soup

1. Wash the tomatoes and chop the meat into mince

2. Soak the washed tomatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes

3. Peel the soaked tomatoes

4. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and put them in a pot for later use

5. Puree small pieces of tomatoes

6. Put an appropriate amount of meat tenderizer and light soy sauce on the chopped minced meat, mix well

7. Heat up the pot

8. Heat the oil to 70% hot, pour the tomato puree and stir fry for a fragrant

9. Add appropriate amount of water (you can add more if you like to drink soup, according to personal preference)

10. Boil until the water is about to boil, add the squeezed meatballs

11. Cook until the meatballs float, add a little salt and chicken essence to get out of the pan.

Tips:

If you don’t have a juicer, you can chop up some tomatoes. If you like a little sour, you can add more vinegar.
