Tomato Meatball Soup

Wash the tomatoes and chop the meat into mince

Soak the washed tomatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes

Peel the soaked tomatoes

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and put them in a pot for later use

Puree small pieces of tomatoes

Put an appropriate amount of meat tenderizer and light soy sauce on the chopped minced meat, mix well

Heat up the pot

Heat the oil to 70% hot, pour the tomato puree and stir fry for a fragrant

Add appropriate amount of water (you can add more if you like to drink soup, according to personal preference)

Boil until the water is about to boil, add the squeezed meatballs

Cook until the meatballs float, add a little salt and chicken essence to get out of the pan.
Tips:
If you don’t have a juicer, you can chop up some tomatoes. If you like a little sour, you can add more vinegar.
