Tomato Minced Meat Mixed with Udon

Prepare ingredients (just do what you have in the refrigerator): For convenience, you can buy ready-made minced meat in the refrigerator in advance, 1 tomato, 1 green onion, and 1 udon.

Marinated minced meat: light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, cornstarch, sugar, all in small amounts. The udon is cooked first, the tomatoes are peeled and diced, and the shallots are diced.
