Tomato Mixed Green Bamboo Shoots

Peel the green bamboo shoots and rinse them in water, as well as the young leaves.

Wash the green bamboo shoots and cut into shreds for later use.

Peel the tomatoes and cut into several pieces for later use.

Cut the small red peppers into sections, put them in a stone mortar with garlic, add a teaspoon of salt, and mash them into a puree.

Add the tomatoes and continue to mash them into puree.

Add salt and fish sauce and mash well.

Put the green bamboo shoots in a plate, pour the mashed tomato juice, sprinkle with coriander, mix well and serve.
Tips:
Tomatoes and small red peppers can be added according to your own taste.
