Tomato Noodles

Peel and dice tomatoes, two poached eggs, and one bun for later use,

Heat oil in a pan, saute the minced garlic, pour diced tomatoes, stir fry out, add a spoonful of light soy sauce and a spoonful of oil to consume the right amount of salt.

Add a bowl and a half of water, turn to a low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the noodles, poached egg and cook until the noodles have no hard core
5.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and eat
