Tomato Pork Bone Hot Pot

Boil the pork bones in a pot of cold water, skim off the foam; add the shallots, ginger slices, star anise, bay leaves, and cinnamon to a boil, reduce the heat to a simmer

After the tomato-based pork bone soup is prepared, add some of the dishes (vermicelli, beef balls, fish tofu, tofu bubble, enoki mushroom, white radish, beef roll)

Finally, add the choy sum, turn off the heat and cover

Simmer for 3~5 minutes and you can enjoy
Tips:
Tomatoes must be filled with oil and sautéed to make the tomato flavor rich, otherwise it will be boiled tomatoes; the thick soup will make the soup more fragrant and thick; the side dishes are good according to personal preference
