Tomato Pork Bone Hot Pot

The soup base ingredients are ready.

The side dishes are ready.

Put the big bones into a pot of cold water, add green onion, ginger, cinnamon, bay leaves, and star anise to a boil over high heat, and remove any foam.

Turn high heat to low heat and boil until the soup becomes milky white.

Tips:
1. Ingredients and seasoning can be according to personal preference;
2. The tomato must be fried in the pot so that the tomato flavor will be strong, otherwise it will be boiled tomato.
