Tomato Pork Ribs Noodle

1. Pork ribs with cooking wine and ginger slices and boil for 5 minutes.

2. Sliced white radish.

3. Slice the ginger, pat the garlic, and wash the dried tangerine peel, cinnamon and star anise.

4. Ice sugar with cold oil.

5. The rock sugar is heated until it melts and foams.

6. Pour in the ribs and stir fry until the ribs are evenly coated with the sugar sauce.

7. Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and pepper powder, stir fry until they are colored.

8. Pour in ginger, garlic, cinnamon, tangerine peel and star anise, stir fry until garlic smells good.

9. Add tomatoes and stir fry.

10. Fry until the tomatoes are soft and juicy.

11. Pour the fried ribs into the soup pot.

12. Add water, a little more water, boil the scoop on high heat to remove froth, turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.

13. Simmer the ribs for 1.5 hours, then pour the sliced radish, add some salt, and continue to simmer for half an hour. You can use more salt and noodles.

14. Cut the shallots into chopped green onions when the soup is free.

15. Pick the cabbage and wash it.

16. The soup is simmered and set aside, the noodles are boiled in water, and the noodles are almost cooked nowadays. Cook it and remove it with cold water.

17. Put the noodles in a bowl, add radish broth, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and start eating.

18. Shredded kimchi with garnish.

Tips:

During the stewing process, the heat is low, the lid is not removed, and the salt is added later, so that the stewed meat will be soft and rotten, and the soup will be delicious.
