Tomato Puree and Potato Flour

Change tomatoes to a flower knife, blanch them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, peel and dice, and shred dried tofu

Stir-fry green onion and ginger, add diced tomato

Add tomato sauce, light soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly, add water to boil

Add potato flour and cook for 2 minutes
5.
Add dried shredded tofu, greens, salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes
