The tomato soup and potato powder are really delicious, I can’t bear to throw in the soup

Tomato Puree and Potato Flour

1. Change tomatoes to a flower knife, blanch them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, peel and dice, and shred dried tofu

2. Stir-fry green onion and ginger, add diced tomato

3. Add tomato sauce, light soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly, add water to boil

4. Add potato flour and cook for 2 minutes

5. Add dried shredded tofu, greens, salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes
