Tomato Rice

Wash the rice into the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water (a little less than usual for cooking rice), add a little oil, salt and black pepper;
Boil the sausage with boiling water and cut into small pieces;
Prepare peas and sweet corn kernels;
Put the sausage kernels and pea sweet corn kernels into the pot and stir;
Blanch the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them

Put in the center of the pot;
Press short-grain rice and select fine cooking;
After cooking the rice, add cheese slices;
Press the tomato, mix the tomato juice and cheese with the rice, and it is ready;
If you like the sweet and sour taste, you can add some tomato sauce and mix well
Tips:
The amount of water is slightly less than the amount of water used for cooking, because tomatoes also contain water.
