Tomato Sauce and Yam Strips
1.
Prepare the ingredients
2.
Wash the ingredients (except cornstarch), cut the yam into strips, remove the feet of mushrooms, remove the seeds of peppers, and diced chives and tomatoes.
3.
Pour the oil into the casserole and heat it to 60% heat. Pour the yam into the medium heat and fry slowly until the skin is slightly dry. Remove the oil and put it in the kitchen absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil.
4.
Heat in another pot, pour olive oil, sauté the chives
5.
Add the diced pancakes, stir fry, and press while frying
6.
After the tomatoes are pressed into puree, pour in the peppers and mushrooms and stir fry
7.
Pour in salt, chicken essence, sugar and a small amount of water
8.
Pour in a little white rice vinegar to taste
9.
Pour the tomato sauce and stir to blend in
10.
Pour water starch to thicken
Tips:
1. Don't cut the yam into too big pieces, otherwise it will not be easy to be cooked and will consume oil;
2. You don’t want to add chili if you don’t like it, but the one I bought is not spicy either;
3. The ingredients for the sauce can also be changed to what you like.
