Tomato Sauce Omurice for Baby Nutritional Meal

To make tomato sauce: Put the tomatoes in water and boil. Pick up and peel. Then, put a little oil in the pot, put in the peeled tomatoes, press and mash them with a spatula. Then add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat, and cook for about 5 minutes.

Stall the egg skin: beat the eggs. Open the fire, brush a layer of oil in a pan, pour the egg liquid, and rotate the pan to make it round. Turn on a small fire, when the time is right, turn it over until it's ripe.

Turn on the fire and pour some oil in the wok. Add carrots, onions, and mushrooms, and stir-fry for a few times; then add rice and cucumber and continue to stir-fry until all ingredients are combined. Finally, pour the tomato sauce, add a little salt, and stir-fry evenly.

Put the fried rice in a bowl, and then cover it with egg crust. You can also be creative and draw some patterns on the egg skins.
