Tomato Sauce Tofu

Rinse the tofu and cut into small cubes; wash the tomatoes and cut the orange petals; cut the seafood balls in half and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pot and pour in the tofu cubes.

Fry until slightly yellow on both sides, set aside.

Add the remaining oil in the pot and stir fry the tomatoes.

The tomatoes are pressed out with a spatula.

Pour in the fried tofu.

Stir tofu and tomato sauce well; pour in seafood balls.

Mix and stir well.

Add appropriate amount of broth and cook for 5 minutes.

Pour in the light soy sauce and collect the juice slightly.

The cooked tofu, adjust the flavor, put it into a bowl, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
