Tomato Sauce Tofu

Soak the tofu in brine for 1 hour;

Peel the tomatoes and cut into the ends;
3.
Heat oil, add tofu, fry until golden on both sides;
4.
Cold oil, stir-fry pesto garlic;
5.
Add the tomatoes and fry until the juice comes out;
6.
Pour in tofu and stir-fry slightly;
7.
Add tomato sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, and stir well;
8.
Add appropriate amount of water and cook for 5 minutes;
9.
Pour in water starch, collect the juice, and it's ready.
