Tomato Sauce Tofu

Cut a piece of northern tofu into strips.

Cut half a green pepper into cubes and set aside.

Wash with tomato sauce, light soy sauce, vinegar, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and water to make a juice according to your taste.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan and fry the tofu strips.

Turn over and fry until the surface is slightly burnt and the tofu hardens.

Take out the fried tofu and pour the excess oil into the container for other use.

Don't put oil in the pot, add tofu directly and put the juice that you have made before.

Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook for good taste.
9.
When the soup is running out, pour in the diced green peppers and stir-fry over high heat to collect the juice.
Tips:
This dish originally used chives, but green peppers were not used instead.
