Tomato Sausage Pizza
1.
Put the liquid ingredients into the bread machine first, put in the flour, and finally add the yeast, and the dough is fermented for about 1 hour.
2.
Cut the onion into strips, cut the bell peppers into strips, and chop the tomatoes for later use.
3.
Put butter in the pan and heat it up.
4.
Add tomatoes and onions, stir fry, season with salt and pepper.
5.
After it is fried, pour it out, and cut the sausage in half from the middle.
6.
Roll the fermented dough into a circle with a rolling pin. Put it in the pizza plate and use a fork to make the hole. Make more forks like this to prevent Pisapi from bulging.
7.
Put it in the oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
8.
Take it out and smear it with tomato sauce.
9.
Put the fried onions and tomatoes on top, and pour out the controlled water. Put on the sausages and colored pepper strips.
10.
Brush the egg liquid on the side.
11.
Put mozzarella cheese on top, 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Tips:
The vegetables are fried to get rid of the excess water. My pizza uses tomatoes, which is still a bit watery.
